Classroom Activity:
Practice the game and take turns being the leader. Try different speeds for the game. Try one round in silence, anyone making a noise and you’re out of the game.
Teachers Notes:
Traditional games provided the opportunity to learn about, appreciate and experience aspects of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people and culture. These outdoor games help children to think for themselves, learn co-operation and teamwork skills, work on strategies and tactics, and learn how to communicate with adults.
