Wandana, Guided by Aboriginal Elders
Our Elders

Wandana Educational programs are created and delivered in close collaboration with respected Aboriginal Elders and Community Leaders, guiding our approach with their wisdom. We approach sharing our culture with care, respect, and responsibility, ensuring teachers and students learn appropriately from the right people. Drawing on insights from our Elders and Community Leaders across Australia, and supported by over 40 years of experience in Aboriginal Education, we are deeply grateful to the many Elders who have graciously welcomed Wandana onto their lands. They have shared sacred stories and teachings to inspire and educate the next generation. Together with educators, we aim to strengthen connections to local Mob and communities.
