Early Learning Annual Program
This is a purpose built Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultural immersion Program that covers all significant dates and events throughout the year. This annual Program has 30+ purpose built videos filmed on Country with related classroom activities. There’s a video to watch with an activity to enjoy nearly every week! Find the children’s favourites and enjoy them again and again. Included is your 2025 Calendar with all significant dates & events marked out for Educators as well as a printed Activity Booklet to guide you on this journey.
As many of you may know, ‘Belonging, Being and Becoming’, The Early Years Learning Framework for Australia V2.0, is being updated to include the strengthening Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander perspectives throughout the frameworks including the vision, principles, practices and outcomes. This critical update makes our Early Learning Links even more relevant than ever!!

It created so many conversations and engagement both within our Centre and with the families of our students also. The Parents often comment that they also have learned from their own children. But also knowing the Wandana Artefacts purchased were made by our local Aboriginal families of NSW.

Bridge Street Kids Early Learning Centre have worked closely with the team at Wandana Aboriginal Education for many years now. This has included regular visits to share custom programs for our Centres. Last year we were thrilled to share their dedicated Early Learning Program across our Centres with great success. Fun and interactive videos and activities proved a great hit with both our young kids and Teachers. It was incredibly rewarding to watch the kids participate in this program and witness their individual growth and understanding of what they had watched and participated in throughout the year. The kids became our Teachers as they often took home information and learnings from the Wandana Program. So our Parents were also thrilled to see their children participate in such a unique and rewarding program. And also recognise the powerful contribution this program had made to enrich the lives of their children.
